Recipes Rendang Padang



ahan membuat rendang padang:
1 ½  kg daging tanpa lemak, potong 4×4 cm
2 lt santan dari 2 butir kelapa
Bumbu membuat rendang padang:
2 lembar daun kunyit, simpulkan
4 lembar daun jeruk purut
2 batang daun serai, memarkan
2 cm asam kandis/gelugur
Ingredients to make rendang padang:
  • 1 ½ kg of lean meat, cut into 4 × 4 cm
  • 2 lt coconut milk of 2 coconuts
Seasoning make rendang padang:
  • 2 bay leaves turmeric, conclude
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 cm kandis acid / gelugur
Blend:
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 3 cm turmeric, fuel
  • 2 cm ginger, roasted
  • 100 g of red chili
  • 100 g red pepper curls
  • 12 red onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 5 grains hazelnut
  • ½ tbsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin, roasted
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tsp salt
How to Make a make rendang padang:
  1. Pour the coconut milk into the pan, put turmeric leaves, lime leaves, lemon grass, tamarind, sliced onion and all spices. Stir well.
  2. Cook the seasoned coconut milk while stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
  3. Insert pieces of meat, cook over medium heat until dry and oily coconut milk. Lift.
  4. Pour rendang in a serving dish. Serve.
  5. Tip: Do not use coconut milk packaging because the typical crumb rendang will not be formed. Use coconut milk from fresh coconut juice.
